Day of the State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan were approved on June 4, 1992. This day forever will remain in the history of our country as a birthday of new State symbolics. A blue Flag with the golden sun and the soaring silhouette of an eagle, and the Coat of arms in which center there is an image of a shanyrak as a symbol of the general house for all Kazakhstan citizens showed to the world an image of the new independent State under the name the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The state symbols – one of firm bases of our state, our sovereignty.

Together, the whole country we will eat our favourite Anthem, we are proud of our Flag and the Coat of arms.

The RGP central scientific library "Gylym Ordasy" organized the book exhibition devoted to this day. The history of formation of independent Kazakhstan, country symbols before sovereignty, acceptance of the state symbols, essence and value of images, etc. are presented at an exhibition.

To Marat Balguzhevich Kenzheguzin's 80 anniversary

To the Kazakh scientist-economist, the Doctor of Economics, professor, the academician of the International economic academy of Eurasia and the International academy of informatization Marat Balguzhayevich Kenzheguzin – 80 years.

Kenzheguzin M.B. was born 30 on May, in 1939 in the village of Blagoveshchenka of Dzhambulsky district of the North Kazakhstan area.

1957-1962 - he is the student of the Moscow award of the Labour Red Banner of institute of the national economy of G.V. Plekhanov.

1995-2005 - Director of Institute of economy MAUN RK. For the first time in the republic used economic-mathematical methods and the COMPUTER for modeling of key parameters of perspective development of production, placement and optimization of industry structure. He made a big contribution to development of economic science, to strengthening, development, increase in level of scientific research of Institute. Results of researches of Institute of economy were used when developing the Action program of the Government of RK on pushing forward reforms for 1996-1998. The concepts of state policy of employment and regional policy prepared under the leadership of M.B. Kenzheguzin and with his personal participation were approved and approved by the Government. M.B. Kenzheguzin took active part in the solution of current social and economic problems of the country. Big popularity scientific works on problems of macroeconomic regulation, work and employment, formation of the modernized system of national productive forces, regional policy, development of institutes of market economy, the stock market, foreign economic activity, non-payments brought to Marat Kenzheguzin, overcomings consequences of financial crisis, increase in effectiveness of monetary policy, decentralization of public administration, sustainable development and others.

M.B. Kenzheguzin proved the highly qualified specialist, to the talented scientist possessing besides uncommon organizing abilities in the long-term scientific, scientific and organizational, pedagogical and implementation activity. He accurately formulates the purposes and tasks, he organizes their performance, always tries to obtain achievement of goals. High professionalism and responsibility, adherence to principles and honesty, responsiveness and kindness got to it respect of colleagues and friends.
