Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev (1879-1938) - the first railway engineer among Kazakhs, he is the deputy of the 2nd State Duma, the builder of Turksib, the author of a number of historical works. In 1917, he is elected to the government of Alash-Orda at the All-Kazakhstan Congress M. Tynyshpaev participated in the IV Congress of Muslims of the Turkestan Territory in the city of Kokand. The congress announced the creation of the Kokand autonomy in Turkestan. Tynyshpayev became its first prime minister. In 1918 he participated in the State Conference in Ufa as a representative of Alash-Orda . In 1919 Alash-Orda parts goes over to the side of Soviet power.
After the civil war, the knowledge and experience of the engineer Tynyshpayev was used in the economic and organizational work, at the same time he taught, and he was engaged professionally in history and local history.
As part of the scientific work of the RSE "Yellow Horde" was organized a book exhibition on the 140-year development of the Alash movement, dedicated for a railway engineer, historian M. Tynyshpaev. The main stages of the his life and his works, literature and memories of him, information on international and republican awards, articles published on the pages of periodicals, as well as literature published under his editorship was presented on the exhibition.
Ilyas Zhansugurov was born on May 14 in 1894, in the fourth aul of present Aksusky district in region of Almaty, in family of the semi-nomadic peasant middling person.
In 1920 arrived on Tashkent on the courses on training of teachers which were organized especially for the Kazakh and Kyrgyz youth, and after their end in 1921 he worked as the teacher at the elementary school which for the first time opened in the aul of Beltogan of Aksusky district. Also taught Kazakh and the Kazakh literature on preparatory office of the Kazakh-Kyrgyz institute. In 1924 he became the director of this institute, and within a year he was given appointment to the post of the manager in Almaty provincial department of the higher education.
In 1925 Ilyas went off to Institut of journalism in Moscow. In 1928 after graduation he worked as the literary employee of the «Еңбекші қазақ» newspaper ("The Kazakh worker") which was published in Kzyl-Orda.
In 1930-1932 I. Dzhansugurov was the literary employee of the Kazakh drama theater. During this time he performed as the literary consultant of a film sketch "The steppe bylina" - the first film which was shoted by representatives of the Kazakh people.
From 1932 to 1935 Ilyas served as a post chairman of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan. In 1936-1937, up to the arrest, he was assigned as the editor of department of poetry of the Kazakh publishing house of fiction.
In his short creative life Ilyas was managed to leave many-sided and very valuable literary heritage. He wrote literature practically in different genres, from under his feather verses and poems, feuilletons, stories and sketches, novels and plays, critiques and musical reviews violently streamed. Together with the own compositions of Ilyas as the writer paid huge attention and to the literary translation. Constantly, since 1923 he was engaged in the translations of the Russian classics.
The RGP central scientific library "Gylym ordasy" was organized a book exhibition to I. Dzhansugurov's 125 anniversary. Literature was about him, about his life and works by the writer-specialist in folklore, the translator are presented at an exhibition.

Alkey Hakanovich Margulan is the prominent scientist, the academician of AN KAZSSR, the honoured worker of science of KAZSSR, the scientist-archeologist, the ethnographer, the orientalist, the historian, the philologist, the public figure.
A.X. Margulan was born on 11May, in1904 in Bayanaulsky district of the Pavlodar region.
1925-1929. Student of philological faculty of East institute of Leningrad.
1939-1941. Senior research officier of Institute of the history KAZFAN USSR.
1941-1946. Head of sector of the history Kaz FANG USSR.
Under the leadership of A.H. Margulan were defended over 50 master's and doctoral dissertations. In 1946 he was promoted to the rank of the corresponding member, and 1958 - the academician, and in 1960 - professors.
The scientist of versatile interests, high intelligence, broad erudition, the founder of the Kazakhstan archaeological science, the wonderful person and the teacher, the prominent organizer and the popular writer of science, Alkey Hakanovich Margulan enjoys the deserved popularity and great love of the Kazakh people.

Gozhakhmet Sadvakasovich Sadvakasov is the famous scientist-uyguroved, one of organizers of an uygurovedeniye in Kazakhstan, the corresponding member of AN KAZSSR, the Doctor of Philology, professor was born on June 15 in 1929 in the village. Big Aqsa of the Uigur region in Almaty.

1974-1986. Head of department of an uygurovedeniye of Institute of linguistics of AN KAZSSR.

1986. Director of Institute of an uygurovedeniye of AN KAZSSR.
G.S. Sadvakasov is an author over a hundred scientific works on topical issues of the Uigur linguistics.
The main achievements of the Uigur linguistics at the present stage are connected with G. Sadvakasov's works. At the same time it isn't only widely educated scientist, but also he is skillful head and organizer of science.
To the 90 anniversary from the birth of the corresponding member of AN KAZSSR, doctors' of philology, professor Gozhakhmet Sadvakasovich Sadvakasov the RGP Central scientific library "Gylym Ordasy" organized a book exhibition. The exhibition will include his stages of life and activity of the scientist, his works, literature and memories of it, data on the international and republican awards, articles which was published on pages of periodicals and also the literature which left under its edition are presented at an exhibition.
May of the 4th, in 2019 in the RGP Central scientific library "Gylym Ordasy" held the memorial evening for Bravach O.P. Workers of library and the former colleagues took part.
O.P. Bravach was born on October 28, in 1970 in the village Keys of Talgarsky district, in Almaty region. After graduation of the 10th class, he entered the Kemerovo State institute of culture, and he finished in 1992 as a librarian-bibliographer.
She worked In the Central scientific library from 1995 to the last days of life. She made a significant contribution to library for these years. From the ordinary librarian rose to the head of the department. Primary activity took place in departments of the Scientific bibliography and Help and bibliographic.
Bravach O.P. is a bibliographic editor about 20 which indexes appearing on the series "Biobibliografiya of Scientists of Kazakhstan". The author of the index which appeared in 2016 "National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan. Chronicle of events" 1918-2016. Editor of the multivolume bibliographic index "World bibliography on an afidologiya of 1712-2007". Moreover part on collecting materials to different bibliographic indexes.
Articles of O.P. Bravach were published in the magazine "Biblioteki Mir", in the scientific and practical and theoretical collection and in the materials of the International scientific conference published in different years in Moscow.
